  The Pulaski County Circuit Court has ruled that former Little Rock police officer Charles Starks is owed more than $70,000 in backpay and benefits following his firing after the 2019 fatal shooting of Bradley Blackshire .- This ruling follows the earlier settlement between the family of Bradley Blackshire and the City of Little Rock. Blackshire, age 29, was fatally shot by Starks in February 2019 during a traffic stop involving a stolen vehicle. His death prompted significant public backlash and protests throughout the city. Although a prosecutor ultimately ruled the shooting justified, Starks was fired from the department shortly afterward. A judge ordered his reinstatement in early 2020, but he resigned later that same year.   YouTube star Jack Doherty was arrested in Miami for drug possession charges-  YouTube star Jack Doherty was arrested in the Miami area Saturday on drug-related charges. He was filming video content while attempting to engage with police officers in the middle of the road, blocking traffic in the process. He was then apprehended, before a police search found "half of an orange oval-shaped pill with 3 imprinted on it, consistent with a Schedule II amphetamine", and three "suspected cannabis cigarettes". Doherty, 22, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and resisting an officer without violence, according to online booking records. The charging records also show possession of amphetamine.   Suicide bombing in Islamabad kills 12, says Pakistan's interior minister - A suicide attack outside a court in Pakistan's capital Islamabad, has killed 12 people and injured at least 27 more, the country's interior minister.  Mohsin Naqvi said a bomber was planning to attack the district courthouse but was unable to get inside. Naqvi said authorities would prioritize identifying the bomber, and that those involved would be brought to justice. Jumaat Ul Ahrar, a splinter group of the Pakistani Taliban has claimed responsibility.
